About the role

Responsibilities

- Expanding responsibility to areas such as budgeting, learning and development, team offsites, recruitment, IT strategy, workplan structure, prioritisation, and resourcing
- Opportunities to work across fundraising and existing funder engagement, leadership team support, board meeting preparation, and partnerships
Requirements
- c.2-4 years of experience, ideally (but not strictly) in fields such as start-ups, consulting, and professional services
- Basic numerical analysis (in Excel)
- Clear, concise written communication (ideally across both slides and longer-form content)
- Experience owning processes (operational or otherwise) from end-to-end
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous contexts
- Ambitions to progress quickly – within Carbon Gap and within the CDR/ climate sector more broadly
