About the role
- Manage payment operations and transactions for secupay AG, a payment service provider. Oversee cash flows, payment processing, and liaise with internal departments for efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- You manage incoming and outgoing payments as well as escrow funds
- You prepare payouts and execute them reliably
- You handle the payment transactions, including escrow bookings and invoicing
- You process business operations for cashback campaigns and in the issuing area
- You act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders such as customer service and receivables management
Requirements
- You have basic knowledge of payment processing (SEPA area / international) and an understanding of accounting principles as well as escrow-related regulations
- You have experience with payment or transaction systems and understand complex payment flows
- You demonstrate a strong affinity for numbers, a structured and precise way of working, and a high willingness to learn new software
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and show a strong sense of responsibility and resilience
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
