About the role

  • Operations Manager overseeing physician practices at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Responsible for managing staffing, performance, and operational goals across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of physician and advanced practice provider location(s).
  • Employee supervision, meeting organizational goals and objectives relating to operating budget and revenue cycle management.
  • Work in conjunction with HR to interview candidates for openings.
  • Proactively address performance concerns and document immediately, thoroughly, and accurately.
  • Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and aware of performance expectations.
  • Analyze staffing levels and schedule employees and providers to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate employee performances and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with office providers to review practice performance goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required – OR – A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare for external candidates.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare OR 1 year specifically within St. Elizabeth Physicians for internal candidates.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, including direct responsibility for managing individual or team performance (external candidates).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or coaching roles (internal candidates).
