Responsibilities
The Operations Support Specialist will manage compliance Lifecycle management of test equipment with a goal of 100% compliance.
Manage the Calibration Vendor activities such as calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and continuous improvement.
Monitor the vendor to assure service delivery and metrics per contract.
Drive the Supplier Quality Engineers to address vendor issues.
Regularly report metrics back to internal customer groups.
Manage relationships between GENPACT Process Leaders, Site Leader, and GE Healthcare Field Service Organization.
Lead DCS Test equipment process improvement initiatives and drive national operational initiatives.
Requirements
BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience; Or an AA degree and 2 years of experience in process management; Or 4 years process management experience
Prior experience with Calibration standards and test equipment requirements
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
