About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager developing GTM strategies for Paychex SaaS products. Collaborating with multiple teams to enhance product adoption and messaging effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GTM positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for key Paychex products and services initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective rollouts.
  • Curate strategic and effective communications and communication plans.
  • Leverage insights and feedback from early adopter or controlled initiatives to refine product and service positioning and messaging as well as inform the product and service roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate on strategies for product awareness, product training, and product adoption trainings or webinars – both internal and external.
  • Oversee product update communications and strategy assigned product and service initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Required
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing B2C or B2B brands in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • 4 years of experience in Product marketing role involving responsibility for development of audience segmentation, insights, and GTM strategy.
