Responsibilities
As part of academic training, the HR Trainee will carry out a set of roles and projects across the HR function, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge to the day-to-day life of an HR professional in a multinational corporation.
Assist in various HR projects that may include recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases.
Participate in the development and delivery of HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR practices and enhance employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Ability to handle information in a confidential manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Agile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with colleagues.
Proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks and projects.
Responds positively to change and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
