Responsibilities
Provide high level support to the Sales Team
Assist with the Account Management function of Membership On Boarding, Renewals
Manage the sales pipeline
Provide sales and prospecting support
Develop email communications that reflect the culture of PinnacleCare
Develop proposals when needed
Assist team with maintaining relationships with Members
Work with Renewals Manager to manage upcoming renewals
Research each lead and enter information into database
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience in relationship management or wealth management is a plus
Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills
Ability to establish and maintain warm and professional relationships with prospective members and leads
Proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Office, Internet navigation
Knowledge of CRM database applications
Excellent time management, follow-through and ability to get things done in a deadline driven environment
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Must present a high level of professional conduct
