About the role

  • Senior Account Manager on Integrated Communications team at Sundae Creative. Managing client accounts and creating impactful PR strategies for brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-level client strategy conversations, translating business objectives into integrated PR + influencer roadmaps.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to annual revenue expansion targets.
  • Architect integrated earned media + creator strategies that align with brand positioning, audience insights, and platform trends.
  • Drive earned media performance (target average placements per campaign), prioritizing top-tier and culturally relevant coverage.
  • Set quality standards for campaign execution and client communication across the team.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members across PR and influencer disciplines, ensuring skill progression and accountability.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership through panels, media commentary, or published insights annually.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational standards with zero follow-up required on key deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate diploma in PR, communications or related field.
  • 6-8+ years of previous experience in PR account management working in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience working with fashion & lifestyle brands including but not limited to the following industries: fashion, beauty, travel, tourism, design, food & beverage.
  • Strong media and influencer network with proven experience building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel campaigns (press + social/influencer).
  • Solid understanding of content performance metrics, influencer ROI, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism, is a fantastic bonus!
