About the role

  • Account Manager serving as the primary contact for property and casualty insurance clients. Collaborating with third-party vendors and Account Executives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client service needs
  • Support service delivery, placement, and business development efforts
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for seamless account management
  • Drive smooth and successful renewals by partnering with Account Executives
  • Draft loss exhibits and obtain loss runs directly from carriers
  • Coordinate accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date records in the system of record
  • Uphold service excellence through quality control of documentation

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance
  • Ability to follow processes and procedural guidance
  • Effective time management and task prioritization to meet deadlines
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required.
