Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client service needs
Support service delivery, placement, and business development efforts
Collaborate with third-party vendors for seamless account management
Drive smooth and successful renewals by partnering with Account Executives
Draft loss exhibits and obtain loss runs directly from carriers
Coordinate accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance
Maintain precise, up-to-date records in the system of record
Uphold service excellence through quality control of documentation
Requirements
Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment
Strong understanding of commercial insurance
Ability to follow processes and procedural guidance
Effective time management and task prioritization to meet deadlines
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required.
