Responsibilities
Provide support to the sales team and assist with daily office needs
Prepare documents, such as proposals and contracts
Plan business trips as well as internal meetings
Carry out research for the New Business Development project
Update and maintain the sales database
Requirements
High level of English (Czech language is not needed)
Work independently with strong organizational and planning skills
Be detail-oriented and reliable
Maintain positive attitude and high energy in the team
Previous experience in administration or tourism industry is an advantage
