About the role

  • Assist sales team with comprehensive administrative tasks for international study programs. Foster a positive team environment while managing document preparation and research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the sales team and assist with daily office needs
  • Prepare documents, such as proposals and contracts
  • Plan business trips as well as internal meetings
  • Carry out research for the New Business Development project
  • Update and maintain the sales database

Requirements

  • High level of English (Czech language is not needed)
  • Work independently with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Be detail-oriented and reliable
  • Maintain positive attitude and high energy in the team
  • Previous experience in administration or tourism industry is an advantage
