About the role

  • Intern supporting Sales Processes and Digital Transformation at BMW Group. Engaging in operational tasks, reporting, and workshops for Sales process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • You will support our team in operational tasks, such as reporting and benchmark analyses.
  • You will contribute to the design and preparation of monthly management presentations and dashboards.
  • You will actively assist in managing vehicle inventory and help develop actionable recommendations.
  • You will identify optimization and digitalization opportunities in our processes and tools and support their implementation.
  • You will assist with organizing internal meetings and workshops.
  • You will participate in current projects that round out your varied and engaging responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Business Administration or a comparable international degree in Economics or Business.
  • Very strong user skills in MS Office, particularly excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Enjoyment of complex tasks and a careful, data-driven approach.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
