About the role

  • Intern supporting digital engagement and remote sales initiatives at Medtronic while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the ACEE region in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and enablement for remote sellers on core tools (SalesLoft, Allego, Connect E Store)
  • Create quick-start guides and maintain a centralized resource hub
  • Assist in optimizing marketing outreach so sellers can track progress effectively
  • Coordinate internal communications and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth execution of remote sales programs
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, and Data/BI teams to keep content, processes, and dashboards aligned for remote sellers

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong interest in digital engagement and willingness to learn and support enablement activities
  • A proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in Polish (would be a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) (would be a plus)
  • Exposure to digital marketing campaigns, sales engagement tools, or content platforms (would be a plus)
