About the role

  • Sales & Participant Management role in the educational field at Core AM GmbH. Involves telephonic and written contact with participants, combining hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and written contact with prospective participants (warm leads and occasional cold calling)
  • Pre-qualification of leads and needs analysis
  • Guiding prospects through the entire decision-making process up to enrollment
  • Maintaining and documenting all contacts in the CRM system
  • Support with course administration: maintaining participant data, sending materials, etc.
  • Organizing participant communication before course start and during the training

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers by phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems desirable but not required
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Confident use of common Office programs
