Responsibilities
Telephone and written contact with prospective participants (warm leads and occasional cold calling)
Pre-qualification of leads and needs analysis
Guiding prospects through the entire decision-making process up to enrollment
Maintaining and documenting all contacts in the CRM system
Support with course administration: maintaining participant data, sending materials, etc.
Organizing participant communication before course start and during the training
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with customers by phone and in person
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Initial experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems desirable but not required
Independent and reliable working style
Confident use of common Office programs
