Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales teams across the Nordic and Baltic countries, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and a culture of performance and collaboration.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Foster close collaboration between the sales organization, technical teams, and factories to ensure smooth project execution and optimal customer solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers, ensuring solutions align with both customer needs and company capabilities.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to anticipate changes and identify opportunities.
Support strategic planning and business development initiatives across CCR’s regional operations.
Represent CCR at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across the Nordics and Baltics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in industrial or technical sales, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or regional management role.
Strong track record in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple countries.
Deep understanding of industrial systems, processes, and equipment sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between commercial, technical, and operational teams.
Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
