About the role

  • Senior Manager, HR Business Partner executing talent strategy for Joint Replacement Sales team. Collaborating with HR leaders and managers to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Executing the talent strategy
  • Providing a consistent experience to leaders, directors, managers and employees
  • Supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the Joint Replacement Sales team in the West territory
  • Performing needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting and change management
  • Partnering with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions
  • Delivering HR partnership to Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders through workforce planning
  • Maintaining broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations
  • Coaching managers, directors and business leaders on HR and business-related issues
  • Analyzing root causes of work environment issues and collaborating with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of working experience required or 16+ years of total work experience required
  • Previous HR or role-related experience required
  • 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred
  • Experience supporting a large sales or commercial organizations preferred
  • Progressive work history in HR with the ability to understand business needs and connect those to human resources strategies for the business preferred.
