Requirements
- Proven experience as a partner to senior leadership teams, ideally within a global SaaS environment
- A deep understanding of varied HR disciplines is essential, including employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation
- Ability to pull data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations and help leaders make informed people decisions
- A natural curiosity for AI, allowing you to share ideas on how to shift from transactional tasks to high-impact strategic initiatives
