Responsibilities
Monitor the union calendar, tracking deadlines and commitments; support the implementation of collective agreements and contribute to the technical and analytical organization of the area's matters
Develop management reports, KPIs and analyses to support business decisions
Support benchmarking and technical studies, assisting in scenario analysis and evaluation of labor and union impacts
Participate in meetings with unions when required
Support other departments in resolving labor-related queries and matters related to collective bargaining
Manage the Domicílio Eletrônico Trabalhista (DET), including monitoring notifications, summons and legal deadlines
Support responses to labor inspections, preparing necessary documents, information and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
Previous experience in Labor and Union Relations at a mid-level
