Responsibilities
- Monitor the union calendar, tracking deadlines and commitments; support the implementation of collective agreements and contribute to the technical and analytical organization of the area's matters
- Develop management reports, KPIs and analyses to support business decisions
- Support benchmarking and technical studies, assisting in scenario analysis and evaluation of labor and union impacts
- Participate in meetings with unions when required
- Support other departments in resolving labor-related queries and matters related to collective bargaining
- Manage the Domicílio Eletrônico Trabalhista (DET), including monitoring notifications, summons and legal deadlines
- Support responses to labor inspections, preparing necessary documents, information and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Previous experience in Labor and Union Relations at a mid-level
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience with DET and/or labor inspections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
