Responsibilities

  • Manage processes related to the area's data privacy.
  • Provide support to managers and employees with recruitment and selection needs.
  • Participate in committees, meetings, and various programs.
  • Plan and manage organizational integration/onboarding activities.
  • Create, coordinate, and oversee internal events.
  • Communicate activities and ensure the full organization and execution of events.
  • Conduct internal and external candidate recruitment and selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred).
  • Active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration — preferred.
  • Experience with the Sólides platform (preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
