Responsibilities
Support transformational and MA&D project leads in identifying risks, barriers and opportunities
Assist in the translation of project execution requirements into case management infrastructure
Assist and as acumen increases lead resolution of operational/production defects
Oversee support executive dashboard reporting
Support cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration
Interact with business leaders on confidential transformational and MA&D priorities
Collaborate with RTX Case Management configuration team on deployment and process improvement opportunities
Requirements
A University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Minimum 6 months working M&A and/or Global project implementation and integration experience
Prior experience in HR operations, Finance, compliance, and workforce strategy within a multinational organization
