About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner supporting corporate teams across the US and Canada. Collaborating with leaders to drive engagement and align HR strategies with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with client groups
  • Proactively partner with clients to identify strategic issues and provide advice
  • Manage HR activities spanning employee engagement, retention, and talent development
  • Lead workforce management activities including recruitment and retention
  • Drive engagement & culture initiatives
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

  • Proven influencer and collaborator with HR experience
  • Developed skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution, and relationship management
  • 7+ years of related HR business partner experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • HR certification preferred
  • Ability to travel to other Stantec offices as needed
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills preferred
