Responsibilities
Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings
Initiate contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Conduct business visits for prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships
Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions
Requirements
Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
Experience in credit risk related to lending and financial mathematics
Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience
Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently
