Experiência prévia em corretora de saúde ou benefícios, com domínio sobre processos de cotação, implantação e pós-venda.
Capacidade de analisar e interpretar dados comerciais para propor soluções estratégicas aos clientes.
Relacionamento próximo e consultivo com operadoras de saúde, empresas clientes e áreas internas.
Organização e senso de dono para conduzir todo o ciclo comercial — da prospecção à manutenção da carteira.
Boa comunicação e postura consultiva, garantindo uma experiência diferenciada para o cliente corporativo.
Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com os times de Operações, Relacionamento, Produto e Placement.
