Account Director responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships in the data market. Collaborating with teams to meet sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You meet or exceed sales targets for the accounts for which you are responsible;
You ensure proactive communication with customers, are a professional conversational partner and ensure timely delivery of quotations;
You call, e-mail or visit your customers to determine their needs, to follow up on your outstanding proposals or to present new products;
You also make contacts with new connections in order to further expand Dynata's network;
You make sure that customers are happy with Dynata and want to work with us;
Together with the regional Sales Director you are responsible for developing account plans to serve and grow your customers and cross-sell the entire Dynata Product Suite;
Maintain strong presence in the industry through active membership and function attendance for industry professional organizations.
Requirements
3+ years of Sales account management experience with demonstrated success in growing and managing accounts;
Experience with large account sales and managing complex sales in large organizations;
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience;
Fluent communication skills in English;
Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and experience working with CRM.
