Manage the customer base within your portfolio after completion of negotiations with the client.
Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
Analyze your portfolio's performance indicators daily.
Proactively contact clients to assess performance and ensure the conclusion of negotiations.
Establish an organized, strategic routine to anticipate potential new churns.
Communicate with Product, Risk, and Support teams to resolve issues, drive sales, and implement new solutions.
