About the role

  • Commercial Sales Manager in hybrid role, focusing on software solutions for water network performance. Leading sales strategy and client relations for environmental solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy for the Water & Sanitation business.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage follow-up with existing clients and develop strategic accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations through to contract signing.
  • Participate in preparing responses to tenders and proposals.
  • Monitor commercial performance: update the sales pipeline and key performance indicators.
  • Escalate customer needs to Product teams and contribute to the improvement of solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional background in the Water / Sanitation sector is essential.
  • Proven experience in business development and B2B prospecting.
  • Experience selling to local authorities / municipalities is a plus.
