About the role

  • Sales Manager developing ERP solutions for environmental services in the East of France. Collaborating closely with clients and project teams to optimally manage sales and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow existing customers in a context of ongoing feature renewals
  • Manage sales opportunities from lead generation through closing: follow-up, participation in tenders/RFPs, and negotiation of commercial terms
  • Collaborate with the project team and customer support to ensure smooth handover of the account/project file
  • Develop the client portfolio: actively prospect public authorities in the region (waste collection consortia, inter-municipal communities, metropolitan authorities).

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling ERP or SaaS solutions to the public sector
  • Strong account management experience: managing existing accounts, customer retention and renewals, driving product adoption and long-term retention
  • Knowledge of public procurement and tender procedures is highly desirable
