About the role

  • Office Manager managing both office operations and commercial lines insurance accounts at Stockman Insurance in Belgrade. Leading personnel administration and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as office manager and commercial lines account manager in Belgrade office
  • Responsible for personnel administration, agency practices, and workflows
  • Coordinate implementation of policy decisions from Director of Operations
  • Manage a diverse book of commercial clients
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy
  • Build long term relationships with Stockman clients
  • Maintain up to date records in agency management system

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in leadership or management (preferred)
  • Strong commercial lines insurance background
  • Active Montana Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillset
  • High Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • A team mindset and positive community focused attitude
  • Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required.
