About the role

  • R2 Pharma is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Invoicing to manage financial documentation. Focus on compliance and financial processes in the Nuclear Medicine sector.

Responsibilities

  • Issue tax invoices (Notas Fiscais), ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation;
  • Generate billing slips (boletos) to support the department's financial routines;
  • Receive and inspect goods, ensuring correct documentation and recording;
  • Complete and update control spreadsheets related to administrative activities;
  • Keep the manager informed of incidents and department requests, ensuring alignment and organized routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system;
  • Experience with administrative routines and/or invoicing is a plus;
  • Advanced Excel is considered a plus;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
