Responsibilities
Incumbent will lead the Billings market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Billings office.
Coordinate the implementation of policy decisions from Vice President/General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
Implement policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors of Stockman Insurance.
Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
Responsible for business development in the agency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide them with ongoing support and address their insurance needs.
Requirements
Montana State insurance license
Strong insurance background
Experience as a sales coordinator or management
Proven Business development experience / track record
Good team development and leadership skills
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
