About the role

  • Branch Manager leading the Billings market while managing insurance sales and services, enhancing customer relationships, and driving business development.

Responsibilities

  • Incumbent will lead the Billings market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
  • Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Billings office.
  • Coordinate the implementation of policy decisions from Vice President/General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Implement policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors of Stockman Insurance.
  • Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
  • Responsible for business development in the agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide them with ongoing support and address their insurance needs.

Requirements

  • Montana State insurance license
  • Strong insurance background
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or management
  • Proven Business development experience / track record
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
  • Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
