About the role

  • Join a luxury retailer as an Associate Circulation Manager. Focus on data-driven marketing strategies for catalog and direct mail circulation decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute circulation strategies for catalog and direct mail campaigns
  • Manage list selection and segmentation to optimize response and ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance including LTV, response rate, contribution margin, and payback
  • Identify and execute test-and-learn opportunities across targeting, frequency, and offer strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align direct mail, e-commerce, and customer contact strategies
  • Manage relationships with list brokers, data partners, printers, and other vendors
  • Help expand and optimize our house file and multi-buyer conversion strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or similar analytical field
  • Experience with customer segmentation, marketing analytics, or campaign management
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools is a strong plus
  • Direct mail, catalog, or performance marketing experience preferred
