Responsibilities
Lead the branch’s efforts to pro-actively meet the client’s financial needs through our sales process
Manage a sales pipeline, sales activities, achieving assigned goals and surpassing scorecard metrics both individually and as a branch
Acquire and maintain consumer and business lending product knowledge
Interpret documents such as safety rules, compliance, consumer and business loan documents
Support and lead branch staff in servicing clients and building a book of business
Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions to ensure success
Monitor branch progress and make necessary adjustments for exceptional results
Manage day-to-day branch activities and ensure operational soundness
Conduct performance feedback, including quarterly and annual reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
1-3 years’ experience in a manager role preferred
Demonstrated previous sales success as an individual and as a leader
Excellent communication, problem solving, customer service, cross selling and lending skills
Must be a decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively in dealing with clients, employees and the community
Must possess strong leadership skills, great organizational skills and the ability to motivate and develop the branch team
Knowledge and prior usage of computers and computer systems
Must be able to travel (i.e. to Marietta Ohio Training Center) to attend internal education and meetings which in some circumstances could include overnight stay
