About the role
- Data Quality Manager overseeing loan transfer accuracy and compliance processes at Central Research Inc. Ensuring timely data reporting and compliance with FSA requirements and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the accuracy of the loan transfer process and reporting process for the Perkins Loan Servicing Program.
- Implements quality assurance to ensure operational and financial data accuracy.
- Oversees the loan transfer process and reporting processes, including NSLDS.
- Resolves customer complaints and oversees the control mail process.
- Reviews operational processes to identify gaps.
- Collaborates with operations and IT for real-time updates.
- Develops and maintains internal processing flows and control documentation.
- Addresses borrower concerns and compliance inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience in enrollment processing, loan servicing, quality and/or data management.
- 2 years' experience with NSLDS and federal compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency with relevant software and data management tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (6c) security clearance
- Not in default on federal student loans
- Demonstrated financial responsibility
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
- Misdemeanor convictions within the past 7 years may impact eligibility
- No non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more.
