Responsibilities
In this position you will act as the Project Manager for building services (TGA) with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning (H, L, S, K).
You will lead a variety of large-scale building services projects, specializing in the H/V/S/AC sectors.
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, grocery stores and hotels.
You will be responsible for overall project coordination, ensuring implementation of client requirements and managing the project team.
You are the main contact for all project-related questions and conduct meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
You ensure adherence to budget and schedules, handle project controlling and maintain a strong focus on all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally you have experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or specialization in one of them.
Additionally, please bring the following qualifications:
A degree in engineering—preferably in building services engineering, mechanical engineering with a building services focus, or a comparable field—OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning).
Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
You demonstrate respectful communication and strong interpersonal skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, very good German language skills (spoken and written) are required.
Important: A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
