About the role

  • Business Development Representative at SpotOn responsible for driving sales growth through outbound activities. Identifying leads and collaborating with sales teams to enhance market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on your outreach and performance regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting high-potential accounts and breaking into new markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach and conversations.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; able to clearly convey value and build trust.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
