About the role

  • Business Development Manager aiming to grow our footprint in the UK 3D printing market. Engaging new prospects and managing customer accounts in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects across the UK market
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate meetings
  • Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations (with support where needed)
  • Close small-to-mid value deals independently
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities in materials, services, or additional systems
  • Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
  • Map key EMEA manufacturing clusters
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Monitor competitor activity and report insights
  • Work closely with technical application engineers
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical product sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the UK (30–40%)
