Responsibilities
Identify and engage new prospects across the UK market
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate meetings
Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations (with support where needed)
Close small-to-mid value deals independently
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
Identify upsell opportunities in materials, services, or additional systems
Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Map key EMEA manufacturing clusters
Attend trade shows and industry events
Monitor competitor activity and report insights
Work closely with technical application engineers
Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting
Requirements
2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical product sales
