About the role

  • Business Development Director focusing on agency and AdTech growth across UK and Europe. Responsible for establishing commercial relationships and leading the full commercial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • AudioStack is seeking an exceptional Business Development Director - Agency & AdTech to grow and establish our commercial relationships across the UK and Europe.
  • This is a permanent, full-time role. During the first year (or slightly shorter), there will be a particular emphasis on covering and supporting UK-specific business, while simultaneously building and expanding new client relationships across both the UK and key European markets including Germany, France, Benelux, and Northern Europe.
  • The core focus of the role is growth: identifying, structuring, and commercialising managed service engagements and multi-year software and technology agreements with agencies and AdTech partners.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, from relationship-led opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior agency and AdTech stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal product, partnerships, and delivery teams to shape solutions that meet client needs.
  • Be an active, engaged contributor within the AudioStack commercial team.
  • Spend regular time in the London office and with clients to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Represent AudioStack at relevant industry events and European client meetings.
  • Success is measured by outcomes, impact, and commercial results.

Requirements

  • A strong track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within agencies and/or AdTech.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders across media, creative, production agencies, or AdTech platforms.
  • Experience selling managed services and/or multi-year advertising technology or software agreements.
  • Confidence operating with autonomy, paired with a collaborative and thoughtful working style.
  • A genuine interest in creative technology, and ideally in audio, music, voice, or sound-led media.
  • Desirable (but not required):
  • • Experience working across multiple European markets.
  • • Fluency in additional European languages (particularly German, French, or Dutch).
  • • Familiarity with AI-driven creative or production technologies.
