Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership
  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Recruiting and contract drafting
  • Onboarding and employee development
  • Offboarding and payroll
  • Further develop existing processes
  • Expand organizational structures
  • Shape people strategy and company culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience with payroll
  • Experience with HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Workforce planning and HR controlling
  • Preparation of HR reports/analytics and budget planning
  • Experience with international employee assignments
  • Drafting secondment/expatriation contracts
  • Knowledge of process and project management
  • Organizational development or related fields
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
