Responsibilities

  • Independently manage (sub)projects in the automation and process industries — from planning through implementation
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team
  • Responsibilities include project management and quality management
  • Support and oversee complex projects

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in project management of automation projects
  • Team leadership and definition of work packages
  • Preferably initial experience in one of the core industries
  • Passion for project-based work and an understanding of business opportunities and risks
  • High level of flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, confident demeanor, and team and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel for projects
