About the role
- Service lead for cooling technology ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with a team and managing technical service issues at FRIGEL AG.
Responsibilities
- Together with your team of service technicians, you ensure long-term high service quality and customer satisfaction
- You act as the primary contact for customers on technical, organizational and escalated service matters
- You provide technical support to our service technicians for complex technical faults
- In close cooperation with dispatch, you plan and coordinate breakdown and maintenance assignments and prepare repair quotations and maintenance contracts
- You work closely with Sales, Project Management and the Installation department to ensure a smooth flow of information
Requirements
- Completed training as a refrigeration system planner, refrigeration system fitter/technician, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally with initial leadership experience in a similar environment
- Comprehensive expertise in the refrigeration industry and a well-developed professional network
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment in active engagement with customers, suppliers and partners
- Independent, responsible working style with high flexibility and initiative
