Responsibilities
Together with your team of service technicians, you ensure long-term high service quality and customer satisfaction
You act as the primary contact for customers on technical, organizational and escalated service matters
You provide technical support to our service technicians for complex technical faults
In close cooperation with dispatch, you plan and coordinate breakdown and maintenance assignments and prepare repair quotations and maintenance contracts
You work closely with Sales, Project Management and the Installation department to ensure a smooth flow of information
Requirements
Completed training as a refrigeration system planner, refrigeration system fitter/technician, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally with initial leadership experience in a similar environment
Comprehensive expertise in the refrigeration industry and a well-developed professional network
Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment in active engagement with customers, suppliers and partners
Independent, responsible working style with high flexibility and initiative
