  • Manager responsible for clean energy asset development and operations at Indiana Michigan Power's portfolio. Leading strategic initiatives for solar, wind, and energy storage resources.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, integration, and ongoing operations of Indiana Michigan Power’s (I&M) owned and operated clean energy portfolio.
  • Provide technical, operational, and strategic leadership to support I&M’s clean energy growth strategy.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operational performance of I&M’s clean energy assets to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operations.
  • Develop and maintain asset management strategies for clean energy resources across their full lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners, external vendors, developers, and technology providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in energy generation, asset management, operations, or renewable energy development.
  • Experience with utility‑scale renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, hydro, and/or energy storage.
  • Strong understanding of regulated utility environments and asset lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across multiple functional areas.
