About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist as first point of contact for Specsavers' business-to-business customers. Handling queries and supporting internal teams in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for business-to-business customers
  • Deliver personal experience to customers
  • Handle queries from corporate clients, stores, and sales teams by phone and email
  • Keep CRM system updated
  • Process orders and invoices
  • Manage payments and reconcile cash
  • Support with new store openings and monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Experienced in delivering amazing customer service
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Strong administration experience
  • Brilliant communicator and active listener
  • Organised and proactive
  • Great at managing your own workload
  • Ability to build strong relationships and see things through to resolution
