About the role

  • Customer Care Mitarbeiter*in at Agrarmarkt Austria supporting farmers and customers via hotline and email. Engaging in various tasks like platform maintenance and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

  • Support for farmers and customers via our telephone hotline and by e-mail
  • Assist with maintenance of the information platform for sector and project measures
  • Review implementation of professional/technical guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience in customer care / hotline
  • Passion for customer contact and strong service orientation
  • Technical affinity; knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Preferably experience working with CMS platforms
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated and reliable work style
  • Willingness to work shifts between 06:00–22:00 and on Fridays until 20:00 (scheduled early and late shifts)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
