About the role

  • Support role for customer inquiries and bookings at the Deutsche Spionagemuseum and Deutschlandmuseum. Focus on customer service and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • You advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators about the museum's offerings and enter ticket and tour bookings into our booking software
  • You assist our guests by phone and e-mail in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring no organizational questions remain
  • You are responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards in customer communication
  • You act as the interface between the Customer Support, Sales and Operations teams
  • You create guides, workflows and internal documentation to safeguard service quality

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, a relevant degree or several years' professional experience
  • Experience in customer support, service, booking or reservations
  • Structured and focused way of working with digital systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Very high customer and service orientation
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required
