About the role

  • Customer service role at popular Berlin museums, advising teachers and booking tickets. Provide professional communication via phone and email while ensuring service quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • You advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators on the museum’s offerings and enter tickets and guided tours into our booking software
  • You assist our guests by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner so that no organizational questions remain
  • You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing quality standards in customer communication
  • You serve as the interface between Customer Service, Sales and Operations Management
  • You create guidelines, workflows and internal documents to ensure service quality

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, ideally in the tourism and leisure sector
  • Experience in customer service, bookings or reservations
  • Structured, focused working style and confidence using digital systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
