Responsibilities

You assist our guests by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner so that no organizational questions remain
You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing quality standards in customer communication
You serve as the interface between Customer Service, Sales and Operations Management
You create guidelines, workflows and internal documents to ensure service quality
Requirements
Commercial vocational training, ideally in the tourism and leisure sector
Experience in customer service, bookings or reservations
Structured, focused working style and confidence using digital systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High customer and service orientation
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
