About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify top-tier candidates on LinkedIn and specialized platforms using advanced Boolean search strings.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze the AdTech landscape to identify target companies and talent pools.
  • Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that stand out in a crowded inbox.
  • Assist with initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with Sparteo’s technical and cultural standards.
  • Promote our culture on social media and participate in recruitment events and campus fairs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Ensure our recruitment tool (Teamtailor) is kept up to date for accurate data management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2).
  • Proactive, resilient (sourcing is a marathon), and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and French; able to write punchy, professional content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with digital tools; a curiosity for the AdTech/programmatic industry is a major plus.
