Responsibilities
Operational support in planning, organizing and executing online seminars
Maintenance of seminar schedules, formats, speaker and participant information
Assistance with participant and event management
Support in coordinating technical requirements, speakers and internal stakeholders
Maintenance and updating of seminar and online content on the website and platforms
Support with publishing content in the CMS
Assistance with social media activities according to clear guidelines
Support for CRM processes related to inquiries and bookings
Requirements
Completed degree or comparable practical experience
Excellent command of German, written and spoken
Good command of English
Initial experience or strong interest in online topics, seminars or digital learning
Structured, reliable and meticulous working style
Confident, friendly and team-oriented manner
