Responsibilities
Efficiently handle leads passed on by retailers
Assess each supplier’s current technical environment and recommend the optimal solution for their needs
Advise the supplier community
Support our retail partners by clearly communicating their value proposition, timelines, reasons, and requirements
Drive maximum acceptance of agreements by retail customers during coordinated, time-sensitive campaigns
Proactively engage potential and existing customers using a consultative sales approach
Skillfully handle objections or obstacles from suppliers
Collaborate with internal account teams
Quickly adopt and apply new strategies and community program initiatives
Carefully document all activities in Salesforce.com
Provide timely and regular feedback on program quality
Close out all customer contacts (calls and emails) within expected timeframes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience in a sales role (e.g., field sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service abilities
Fluent in English and German
Demonstrated behaviors related to integrity, curiosity, commitment, initiative, teamwork, relationship building, customer retention/support, and leadership expectations
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in sales (field sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing)
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, or Spanish
Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce.com
