About the role

  • Support Technician maintaining hardware and software, installing systems, and monitoring performance. Working with a collaborative team at SONDA in Zona Sul / SP.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring backlog and SLAs
  • Accelerated ticket handling and resolution
  • Desktop and monitor maintenance
  • Installation and configuration of software and operating systems (Windows and Linux)
  • Printer maintenance
  • Mobile device maintenance and battery replacement
  • Hardware maintenance

Requirements

  • Knowledge of bench support, and hardware and software maintenance
  • Knowledge of printer maintenance
  • Technical education or diploma in a related field
