About the role

  • Business Systems Support Analyst supporting CRM and finance systems at Culligan. Responsible for user support, data accuracy, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to system users, resolving issues and managing escalations.
  • Maintain system documentation, configurations, and user permissions.
  • Develop and deliver system training sessions, guides, and user documentation.
  • Act as a main point of contact for user queries and feedback.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
  • Manage system access controls and maintain compliance with data protection and audit requirements.
  • Assist with generating reports and dashboards from CRM and finance systems.
  • Help ensure data used for reporting is accurate and aligned across teams
  • Successfully manage relationships with all key stakeholders – internally and externally.
  • Build good working relationships with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and HR

Requirements

  • Third‑level qualification in Business, IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience supporting business systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, Zoho)
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional training or certification in systems administration, data analysis, or CRM/ERP tools is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of inventory management / fleet management / delivery management / operational excellence.
  • Strong documentation capability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in utilities, customer service, field service or other service-based industries.
  • ITIL, Project Management or IT certification
