Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
Proven experience leading a sales team and managing people both remotely and directly.
Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving aptitude and customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of the Med Tech industry, healthcare market in South Africa, and regulatory compliance for medical devices.
Capability to execute strategic plans set by the company.
